The Rieber Varithek ACS 1500D3 is an innovative all-in-one digital mobile catering station which allows you to cook without separate extraction. Perfect for front of house cooking, the Varitek has an integrated “air cleaning system”, which pulls grease, odour and other pollutants into a filter system, allowing you to concentrate on the cooking.
A variety of varithek cooking modules can be flexibly inserted centrally in the recessed installation niche (sold separately)
