A 10mm thick mild steel ribbed plate and powerful 2.9kW element ensure fast heat-up times and even heat distribution across the entire surface – essential for consistent cooking results. The ribbed plate is ideal for cooking food with attractive branding lines, as well as channelling fat away into the large 1-litre capacity fat collection drawer.

Built with a strong stainless steel construction, the griddle features fully welded plates that eliminate dirt traps, making it both durable and easy to clean. Side and rear splash guards help contain grease and spills, keeping surrounding surfaces mess-free.

Part of the Buffalo 600 Series, this griddle is designed to work seamlessly with other 600 Series appliances, allowing you to create a tidy, efficient cook line, regardless of your kitchen’s size.
