A superb combination of stylish design with strong commercial construction, the food warmer is exceptionally easy to use and includes independent controls for each of the two warming plates and overhead heat lamps. Simply select a temperature (anywhere between 35°C to 85°C), and let the Buffalo food warmer do the rest. And once service is over, the warmer is very easy to clean – a great little feature for saving a bit of time.

This model features three plates with overhead bulbs and can accommodate up to full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm food trays at a time. As an added extra, the Buffalo food warmer is supplied with the bulbs as standard, so you can install the unit straight away.
