Cambro High Heat 1/3 Gastronorm Food Pan Lid

Designed to support HACCP guidelines, this 1/3 gastronorm high heat food pan lid from Cambro not only keeps your food at the ideal temperature but reduces the risk of cross contamination. From -40 to 190 degrees Celsius, the flat lid has a broad temperature range and as such is suitable for use in microwaves, steam tables, ovens and hot holding applications. The flat cover also conveniently stacks to help you maximise your storage space.
