Cambro High Heat 1/9 Gastronorm Food Pan 100mm

With a wide temperature range of -40°C to 190°C, this 100mm deep high heat 1/9 gastronorm pan from Cambro is suitable for many applications. It can be moved straight from your prep table to the cooler, oven or steam table to minimise food handling and save the use of extra pans. With a reinforced textured handle and finger grip, it can also be handled securely. The pan is microwave safe as well as suitable for freezing, cooking and reheating. The high heat pan also has a flat bottom to ensure even heat distribution, which helps to eliminate hot and cold spots.
