Its 60mm polyurethane insulation keeps temperatures consistent whilst conserving energy, whilst the hygienic stainless steel interior with radiused corners and tool-free rack removal simplifies cleaning. A magnetic four-sided gasket further enhances energy efficiency and hygiene.
The intuitive 7-inch icon-driven user interface provides easy control, and the blast chiller is Wi-Fi ready, allowing for convenient HACCP data export via Wi-Fi or USB.
