The XPE12 Garland electric Xpress clamshell grill is your perfect partner for rapid cooking. Featuring upper and lower grill plates which cook both sides simultaneously, cook times are reduced by up to 50%.
The XPE12 is designed to make the process fast and easy. With a powered lift upper grill plate, the plate is automatically raised and lowered, and thanks to the built-in digital touch panel, the process is automated according to the program you choose. This ensure there’s much less chance of food waste or inconsistent cooking. For convenience, menu updates can be easily updated via a USB.
The lower griddle plate is constructed from 3/4″ (19mm) thick carbon steel and is both machine ground and highly polished for impressive durability. The Xpress XPE12 also comes with replaceable quick-release Teflon sheets, reducing cleaning requirements and improving cooking results.
