Release the essential oils trapped within fresh peppercorns by cracking them at the table. Peugeot have created this white pepper grinder to offer consistent, ground pepper. The mill is easily adjusted by twisting the nut which is located at the top of the grinder. Twisting clockwise results in a finer grind whilst twisting anti-clockwise results in a coarse grind. Peugeot design their grinding mechanisms specifically the herb or spice to be ground, meaning, for best results, only pepper should be ground in this mill.
