Operation is effortless – simply wheel to the required location, set the temperature using the digital controls and load the GN trays. Below, the buffet bar includes a generous amount of ambient storage – ideal for condiments, plates, cutlery or toppings. The Polar buffet bar is simple to clean too, and features a handy sneeze screen for maximum food hygiene. Uses green R600a refrigerant to minimise environmental impact.
