The Victor SCEP16Z heavy duty bain marie top hot cupboard has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the busy kitchen. With high capacity storage and a space for up to four full size gastronorm trays (1/1GN) on top, the hot cupboard is a superb solution for keeping plated meals or pre-cooked foods piping hot and ready to serve.
The cupboard is easy to use and features powerful side mounted fan assisted heating to keep temperatures consistent throughout the cabinet. And thanks to heavy duty castors, the cupboard is easy to position where it’s needed most.
