Equally suitable for use as a standalone hot drawer or installed alongside the Vizu Fast Serv module (VI600GW), the drawers provide impressive warming capability and user-friendly design. Able to hold a full 1/1GN tray or three 1/3rd size GN pans in each drawer, you can easily store multiple foods within the unit for reliable warming.
The VIGWCOMP2DR is designed to hold a variety of cooked foods safely in a temperature controlled humid environment, and includes removable water trays for adding humidity where required. User-friendly digital controls make operation effortless, and thanks to the design of the drawer, it’s easy to clean too.
