The sophisticated thermoblock heating system and integrated milk frother allow for simultaneous milk and water dispensing, reducing service times whilst offering 16 authentic Italian-inspired drinks – from rich lattes and velvety cappuccinos served at an optimal 55-60°C for balanced sweetness and aroma, to bold Americanos and smooth espressos reaching up to 70°C for a more intense experience.
User-friendly operation is at the heart of the Buffalo bean-to-cup coffee machine, with a large 10″ touchscreen display making it ideal for both self-service and assisted service settings, whether enhancing a breakfast buffet, upgrading a staff room, or simply providing a luxurious finish to a dinner service. Designed for efficiency, the machine includes a large 3.5Ltr water tank and generously-sized waste drawer to minimise frequent refills and cleanouts, alongside a convenient alarm to signal when the grounds drawer needs emptying. Versatile in setup, it easily connects to barrelled or bottled water and supports either direct waste drainage or collection in a separate drawer, ensuring seamless integration into any area.
