Get perfectly delicious crispy pizza bases and crusts with the Vogue aluminium pizza screen (16in). Designed to ensure evenly-baked pizza every time, the screen features specially-sized holes which allow air to circulate around the pizza. This means your bakes come out perfectly cooked – essential in fast-paced restaurants and pizzerias.
The strong aluminium construction of the Vogue pizza screen further helps the cooking process – aiding heat conduction and distribution across the base of the pizza. It's highly durable too, ensuring a long lifespan in commercial kitchens.
The design of the Vogue pizza screen makes it easier to achieve consistent pizza sizing too – simply spread the dough over the screen to the edges.
